		<description>our friend that runs says that the more natural a shoe is to your bare foot it is better for running. he runs barefoot or with those glove-like things that are for feet. i have seen them and they look ridiculous though. he said that all the added support actually can do more harm than good. perhaps you should run barefoot ;-)

		<description>I stumbled onto your blog and was intrigued since I just turned 30 last month. I thought I would offer a word of advice...as a non-runner runner (meaning I have ran a few 5ks but am hard pressed to call myself a runner). My calves and shins used to hurt a lot from running before I wnet to a good running store- Fleet Feet in Brentwood or Team Nashville on West End- and got fitted for good sneakers. It made all the difference in the world. The sneaks cost a bit more but have saved my shins so if you are going to keep running I highly suggest it.</description>
